Desktop (Java) app will not launch on Windows 7 x64

I double click on the .jar file and get this image:

Can you open a command prompt (cmd.exe) and run "java -jar [your jar file]"?  Make sure you first "cd" into the directory where you saved the jar file.

This will show me what the problem is.
